Dynamic ZA Pigeon Database WebserverSANPO need a database with all the members information, for :
- Issue unique Loft numbers to each member
- Mailing Letters
- Sending information
- Poll on flying and non flying Members
This database will be secure to SANPO ONLY
SANPO ask all Secretaries to update the Unique Loft number database (Webserver)
Use one of the following:
1) Webserver
2) Email (see - Contact for Unique No) Single member ONLY 1 EMAIL
3) Excel spreadsheet - all members in an organisation
