SANPO need a database with all the members information, for :
- Issue unique Loft numbers to each member
- Mailing Letters
- Sending information
- Poll on flying and non flying Members
This database will be secure to SANPO ONLY
SANPO ask all Secretaries to update the Unique Loft number database (Webserver)
Use one of the following:
1) Webserver
2) Email (see - Contact for Unique No) Single member ONLY 1 EMAIL limited
3) Excel spreadsheet - all members in an organisation Download Spreadsheet (Excel) |
* If you found the webserver is too difficult, then download the spreadsheet and enter all the members info
* Do not delete or add any columns
* Enter the info "electronically"
* Remember the Id numbers are compulsory
* The Id Numbers are secured and would not been distributed.
